Well needless to say, they were healthy… albeit mostly blind and healthy. The machine that takes the images looks like something straight out of 2001: A Space Odyssey with a little HAL-esque lens and straight-up green laser scan that washes over your retina. Notice the eye lashes in the bottom of each image.

Although I passed on making a 12-month calendar out of my Optomaps, I was so impressed with the results that I had to post them for the world to see on my blog. Psychedelic 60′s? Alien planets? Let me know what you think.
